2T SUV Driving Agreement (Easyrider Tours Ltd., Registration No. – 516907995)

1. The activity is permitted from the age of 3 and up (driving the vehicle is only permitted to those who have an appropriate driver's license).

2. It is mandatory to present a valid Israeli license, driving the vehicle is only permitted from the age of 21 and up.

3. I am aware that in the event of false identification or providing incorrect information, I will be subject to a financial fine and will not be covered by insurance and all liability for damage or fines will apply to me alone.

4. The activity is prohibited to any person who is not qualified to drive an off-road vehicle and any person who is not fully qualified to drive a vehicle.

5. The activity in the field and driving on the vehicles will be carried out only according to the instructions of the guide.

6. The guide may terminate the trip or any other activity at his sole discretion if he finds that the client is driving or behaving in a risky or disrespectful manner towards the guide or towards other riders, whether during or outside the activity, and no refund will be offered for this.

7. During the activity, all traffic rules apply while driving and I declare that I know and am familiar with the traffic rules.

8. It is mandatory to participate in the briefing and receive full training before starting the activity. By signing this, I declare that I have received a briefing for the activity and that I am qualified to drive the vehicle.

9. Do not approach the vehicles without the guide's instructions and do not touch the vehicles and farm animals without the guide's permission.

10. It is forbidden to take a detour or open up distances throughout the trip. It is mandatory to obey the guide's instructions.

11. It is mandatory to maintain a distance of 3 meters between vehicles and do not open up too many distances.

12. It is prohibited to get off the route throughout the trip.

13. It is mandatory to keep both hands on the steering wheel throughout the trip.

14. Using a cell phone while driving is strictly prohibited.

15. It is mandatory to maintain cleanliness throughout the route and in the accommodation area.

16. The vehicles have mandatory insurance only. Any damage outside of the mandatory policy is the driver's responsibility. I will reimburse the company immediately and no later than 7 days from the date of the demand for any damage or claim filed due to my act and/or omission.

17. Do not get out of the vehicle during the trip.

18. "Easyrider" Management Tours Ltd., 516907995, reserves the right to take action against any participant who violates the instructions of the guide or the regulations.

Participant's Responsibility

1. I undertake to comply with the license and insurance conditions applicable to driving a T2 type tractor.

2. I undertake to fully compensate Easyrider Tours Ltd., C.P. – 516907995 for any amount incurred as a result of any damage incurred as a result of any damage caused by my violation of the terms of the license or insurance that apply to the all-terrain vehicle.

3. I am aware that the vehicle has only compulsory insurance and in the event of any injury or damage I undertake to pay the full damage that will be caused, including third-party damage and the cost of repair.

4. It is also agreed that the damage and the cost of repair will be determined by the "Top Speed" garage and its determination and decision is binding and accepted by me and I hereby waive any claim or objection regarding the price of the repair and/or the professionalism and/or expertise of the garage.

5. I am aware that driving the vehicle in an unsafe manner can lead to overturning and damage to the vehicle.

6. I am also aware that the dangers of using the vehicle in an unsafe manner and contrary to the instructions of the manual are the danger of falling or for an accident.

7. I declare that I have read and understood all the insurance and driving conditions applicable to the trip and the SUV.
